on your back. This in turn, will weaken

4. Whenever you sit down, sit to form a right angle – there
is nothing more damaging to your back than a bad posture. Hence, an exceptional back pain remedy is
sitting correctly in any chair. In case your work requires you to sit for long
hours, ensure that you stretch your back muscles at intervals of maximum one
hour.
5. Use semi-hard mattress to sleep on – it has been found
that sleeping on soft mattresses aggravates back pain. Next time you find your
back giving you trouble, shift to a harder mattresses and check out how you
feel.
6. Loose weight – a very efficient back pain remedy is
loosing weight. Many problems, such as
diabetes, blood pressure and backache come as accompaniment to the overweight
problem. Hence, you will do yourself a great benefit to loose weight.
All the above back pain remedies work only if taken up
